Venue The proposed venue, Cascadia Hotel, was unavailable at the time of finalizing the arrangements. The venue was then shifted to the JFK Auditorium at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. The facilities were sufficient for the sessions, meals, Salah, the Formal Opening and Closing Dinner. The participants were accommodated at the nearby Emerald Plaza hotel. |
